- Breakfast: LLC, HLW, 2 eggs, supps
- Take 1 bottle of cranwater for after church
- Take 1 nice cup of cranwater for during church (for speaking time)
- Home for lunch: Turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy (small amount), salad with flax and lime juice, supps
- 2 more cups cranwater
- Supper: protein, veggies, small starch, dessert
- Supps before bed
